- Golf sign-ups for the current season will begin on Wednesday, March 18, 2026.
- Golf sign-up closes at 5:00 p.m. each Wednesday. After 5:00, please text Karen Osowski for a possible opening.
- For any tee time questions (e.g. late sign-up) please text Karen Osowski at 501-413-9878.
- To cancel golf, go to "Golf Sign-Up" on the website, select the week you want to cancel and select option #6 - Cancel under "Early, Middle, Late or Last Tee Time." To Cancel on the Tuesday before play, please text Karen Osowski AND call the golf course we are scheduled to play.
- Watch your email and this website for weather cancellations.
- Please arrive at the golf course at least 45 minutes before your assigned tee time! Always play from the Gold tee boxes (not orange or red) unless otherwise noted.
